I had found most of that info but felt, I may have been missing some important details. I appreciate your time.

I've been looking for a high conviction stock like this since ELD I feel is coming up to fair value and this was my largest holding for the last few years and I'm just selling down my last few parcels now.

Infigen are definitely heading in the right direction and I'm happy to keep building my position especially sub $1 - the development pipeline and cashflow are the big factors for me and eventually the debt refinancing.
