IFN's contribution to the Bodangora project is its IP - permits, land leases, grid connections, etc. Its JV partner pays for the turbines and construction, so no capital outlay by IFN.
I could not quickly lay my hand on the JV announcement - it is in a presentation.
There is no need to refinance and the run off of debt continues unabated. While IFN only gets half the revenues, the cost to it of increasing operated output by about 20% is low.
