If the existing cables are vastly underutilised and a price war starts, what will be the effect on the payback and profitability of this cable investment?
I am waiting on the full completion to ensure the cable can be paid for, remembering that a significant amount is to be funded from cash flow. Pipe have also stated there will not be any dividends until they have their debt down to reasonable number. The timeframe????
