Keen to hear thoughts on:

1) For General Offer, will there be a scale-back and if so, how much do we think? I'll update when i hear back myself.

2) Given most if us in this thread are PPK holders, what are the thoughts on PPK valuation now LI-S IPO price is set?

3) Has anyone been in an IPO previously where only 6% of shares are liquid and so much is restricted for 1-2 years?

No doubt the sharp current PPK price rise from $6 to $14 SP has taken LI-S listing into account...

I'm struggling to calculate if I want a bigger holding in PPK or LI-S in the short to medium term.

PPK having such a large chunk of LI-S is great, and I also believe the BNNT business is going to be a cash generating machine, so in some ways I view it as a safer holding.

LI-S on the other hand is 100% focussed on the battery only but has enormous upside to capture herd momentum right now.

Li-S also has a very tightly held register and such a huge portion of shares can't be sold, im kind of expecting a sharp price rise in the first week. i don't have experience with many IPOs though.

I'm excited, hoping PPK and Li-S will bevome my largest holdings soon.
