You are very right. lots of competition for new ways to solve batteries, but it appears PPK / LI-S have a solution which will be ready soon, cheap overall, cheap for manufacturers to implement. there's a long r&d process for anything new coming in so for anything as significant as the jump in performance to li-s then we'll hopefully hear about it years before it comes to market.
also think about the ramp up time for global scale manufacturing... it wont be simple so li-s should have an advantage given their current plans to build IP for li-ion factories to move to li-s.
the bnnt exclusive access is a very key moat
