Lets put it this way.. when do you think it will start earnin a buck.. not for a very long time an dthe prospectus even states that.. If you think this technology is worth 0.5billion then power to you! How many successful leading edge technologies (eg. Cochlear) come out of Australian listed companies.. not many... and I doubt this will be one... Many other companies overseas have much deeper pockets and would already be exploring alternatives. You are playing very long odds here... Then refer to my 2nd and 3rd screen dump.. 81% of existing shares will be escrowed. Then refer to my second screen dump which shows shares currently issues which is 600m! That means that some 120million shares not escrowed or $100mil. Now you go and do your homework and find out how much many of those shares were issued for seed in prior rounds for which there were multiple.. and then you tell me, that if you could sell those shares on listing day for up to 10x what youbought them for, would you try and sell them on day 1 under the 85c IPO price! Refer to my 4th screen dump that says 20mil was just raised in April. That is a HUGE IPO raise.. why raise so much at a discount prior to listing? Do you think those holders will partially sell down (possibly 80% of that raise will be escrowed).

Since I have divulged so much I would now be interested in why you would want to invest other than "I like the tech". So tell me your analysis?










If @BRIAN70 thinks this has really got legs then lets see his analysis to justify why.. No doubt he will talk about future potential and potential reveneue..... and that is exactly it.. POTENTIAL..... if you want to take that risk of a company being able to get that potential then good luck to you.. it will take years.. and if you think in that time there will be no market correction, then you have rocks in your head... Any market corection will send this crashing.... why.. because no near term revenue. Will there potentially be a stag ion this due to Hype.. possibly...
