    Patrick10101:

    1) It's not likely the general offer will get any shares. Reasons are the priority, broker and institutional offers will be extremely oversubscribed. General or public offer is there in case the shares are not taken up through the other offers as all 40m available shares must be taken up as a condition for the listing to go ahead as per the prospectus.

    2) At 85 cents and 640m shares on issue, PPKs investment in Li-S is worth around $270m or $3 per PPK share. If Li-S rises to $1.70 on listing then it is worth $6 per share. This is really just for accounting purposes. The valuation depends on what it's for. A bit like a house has different valuations depending on what it's to be used for.

    3) A condition of listing is that at least 20% of shares have to be available to be traded (liquid). Li-S has just over 23% available for trading including the 40m being issued (6%), and 26m shares held by non-related party PPK shareholders (4%), among others. What you are focusing on is just the percentage of new shares being issued compared to the overall available. Nothing about the IPO is particularly unusual except maybe that the major initial shareholders (PPK, Deakin and BNNTTL) are not selling any of their shares.

You have to decide for yourself whether to go via PPK or Li-S, but they are not mutually exclusive but also don't have the same risk profile. The answer is probably in your own question anyway.

There have been quite a few local IPOs recently to have a look at to see how things can go including Airtasker, Clinical Labs and Best&Less. None of these have a breakthrough technology that could enable EVs to travel over 1,000km on a single charge, phones to require charging only once a week, or drones to fly for hours not minutes.

    TradingDay:
I'm suggesting that AMAG is likely to be the next IPO in about 18 months time as it seems the technology may be mature enough by then to require a significant capital injection to expand the business globally.

Pretty hard to make predictions about White Graphene based on what we know at the moment other than that Professor Luhua Li is in charge of the R&D of producing BNNS (sheets) like he was for BNNT (tubes). Update in about 2-3 weeks.
