Now we see why shareprice has been kept low. Ppk get 3.5 shares for every 1 so if they can get LIS as cheap then when deal goes through, will allow Lis to go back up to real value. Ppk shareholders LIS shares they got with the deal will then be more valuable! Such BS trading! Makes you question how much and when management knew about this deal!
