There are many possibilities available In the future. for example, If a partner was to get involved to build a giga factory, they may strategically offload a steak freeing up capital to lend back to LIS at a decent rate so as to not have to raise on market.

Once the LIS story is fulfilling its destiny to revenue I see it less useful to have a controlling steak in the company, unless they are gunning for a takeover. There needs to be more liquidity in LIS to allow institutional players on the register. And by then, the focus should be to produce BNNT at scale to service the incoming demand created, not to mention progressing their other business interests to the same place LIS is heading.
