You can say what you want about management here, but the numbers don't lie. This is starting to become beyond a joke.

The chart is terrible, the stock is terrible. So why would anyone grab any? Well because the MC currently is just stupid. PPK own 53% of LIS Energy. LIS has a MC of $166 M which means just in shares of LIS they have $88 Million in equity. They own 50% give or take of BNNT the company whose IP must be worth a shit load. They make BNNT cheaper and faster than anyone on the planet! (just can't sell any...) Plant equipment and IP would be in excess of $400 Million.
They are waiting to IPO WGL (White Graphene) as soon as the market conditions improve. Likely PPK holders will get a special dividend, last time I sold for $2ps in the first week. WGL did a private CR "WGL undertook a capital raise of $3.623 million, and received binding subscriptions for 7,246,500 shares at 50 cents per share, valuing PPK’s 81.000 million shares at $40.5 million". They also own 32% of AMAG and also Powerplus Enery (makes batteries) . So looking at the numbers LIS ownership = $88 Mil + WGL $40.5 Mil + $1-200 Mil in BNNT + AMAG + CIB so ball park figure you'd have to say close to $300 mil+ without all the goodwill in all the companies. AND THEIR MARKET CAP AS OF RIGHT NOW IS $71 Million!!!!!! So much for a forward-thinking market. Currently the market is taking in -$230 Mill in future growth and achievements.
