This is basically a market research panel for the Fly Buys marketing team to run their own survey in-house as they are looking to cut costs associated with outsourcing to market research consultancies who charge an arm and leg to do the same thing. Instead of giving interviewees cash they will instead give them points.

This is not very exciting news at all. No mention of using the SaaS tool for media planning which is quite odd and suggests to me that the media team at FlyBuys (they are siloed) don't have much visibility over this the in-house panel that PPL have built for FlyBuys.
