My guess is a departing board or staff member, who couldn't sell whilst on the board / team. If so, given the scale of the share based incentives, I suspect this has a bit more to play out, as the payments were generous. Problem with small caps and remuneration in shares. When they sell in low liquidity, share price is depressed. We will have to be patient a while longer, unless management can drum up some interest in the stock, liquidity is too low to reflect fair value. The good performance over the past 2 years is not reflected in the SP. The share based incentive payments have been cleaned up (from what I understand), but we are paying the price for previous poor governance right now. A general lack of interest in small caps doesn't help, but the tide will turn.
