When they sell in low liquidity, share price is depressed. The good performance over the past 2 years is not reflected in the SP. The share based incentive payments have been cleaned up (from what I understand), but we are paying the price for previous poor governance right now. A general lack of interest in small caps doesn't help, but the tide will turn.

There has been over 10M million shares trading hands in the past few days. All being absorbed at an ever decreasing SP.
Thats deep pockets, and I would speculate it's not all retail buying.
It has certainly given me the chance to average down
