Could also have been a "test" to see if the market is ready for a rise. The pros like to drive the price down before any major moves upwards to see if there are still any sellers out there and collect their shares. That way they'll have less sellers to worry about.

All looks good IMO, we just need some announcements about some big real estate agencies coming on board and the rerate will be very strong.
