Well while it might be nice to get the money out of the company I cannot see the management being too willing to give out a handout to the long suffering shareholders while they are able to get their salaries for dreaming up ways of using it in other directions.
The company has never been responsive to small shareholders in the past. It has just been a plaything for the big boys to exploit and play roulette with.
