If I was a shareholder, I'd want the company wound up and fully distribute the cash, given managements track record of value destruction.
If they invest in something new, one of OEL's projects (GOM or Alaska) might be in their sights since Tatt's is a top 20 holder of OEL.
Not saying that's a good idea or not, just pointing out the connection
