13 cents dividend from Overseas Business Sale is on the way any time between now and 3rd Quarter (most likely in June)

Even if NWL offer comes back, then PPS should trade at $1.13/share. Today sale was probably Index Balance that's why PPS HUB, NWL all got heavily sold.
