PPS reasons for rejecting NWL Offers were :

1) NWL offer does not reflect the significant valuation upside available to shareholders, given Praemium is valued at a discount to industry peers Hub24 and Netwealth based on EV/revenue or EV/FUA multiples.

(NWL offer was for 1.50/Share plus cash from sale proceed. Looking at current PPS shares price means (which is half of the takeover offer price) it is now twice more attractive to HUB or NWL.
