    Agree. Another idea is whoever buys PPT may want this mess to quietly go away so they may be happy to build in $50M or something to provide PDL to end it quietly etc. Something like $50M on top of a likely $2B acquisition is nothing but I agree PDL is in the better position here for sure and PPT knows that I think.
