I dont see a need for cash based on the current situation.....plenty of cash and EBITDA and they could always tap the bond market I had heard.....the issue is more one of industry consolidation and whether PPS is the offeror or the offeree....I think this is the big issue facing the stock...does it buy someone or get bought itself........
I had always thought and hoped for the latter but as the stock outperforms that equation changes....
