Hopefully they can sign offtakes or JV with someone who’s willing to fork out the capital to process the chloride.
They’re either an existing DLE company with a processing plant will to take on AZL chloride into their existing works;
Or a new 3rd party processor but they would have to factor in capital costs, Opex of $2,606/tonne and transportation.
In my honest opinion they should process to BG carbonate in-house, do the extra work but sell a premium product.
