pl, It appears as though you don't like the idea of the FDA working with CEO's of pharmaceutical companies...but it would be alright with you if they work with CEO's of little biotecs instead of ordinary Americans.
You could nudge Prana into applying to the EMA for PBT2 trials as they said they would many months ago. Or you could just not vote for Sanders.
