Lipitor is efficacious from 10 through to 80mg for some people 10mg is enough for others 80mg is not enough its still a multibillion dollar product

We know PBT barely works at 100mg and for some at 250mg we need higher doses to demonstrate significance.

The lack of toxicity allows higher dose usage and the continued trends need to be turned into solid data

We know it works for some at this dose and is probably the best hope for HD sufferers so we need orphan designation
and a big partner to take this to the next level

Both of these ideas were hinted at last night either that or a take over they get some good basic data and all those MPACs that we can never afford to develop
