That sure is a very positive note. Not for sure yet, but PBT2 has demonstrated rescue of damaged neurons, strengthening of the interconnecting dendrites, rescue of damaged synapses, balancing iron overload, balancing of essential transition metals, prevention of hyperphosphorylation of tau, clearance of tau tangles and clearance of amyloid plaques and probably a few things l have forgotten.
PBT2 has also demonstrated rapid cognition gains in a 12 week clinical trial.
I will be very surprised if we don't have the first disease modifying drug for Alzheimer's here.
