"Luckily Prana have funds to progress without a pharma."

Depends on what you consider progress. Prana's most recent clinical trial ended in early 2014. It shouldn't be too hard to subsist on what's left of the cash (<$30 Million) until they start to enroll for at least one properly-powered HD Phase III and follow whatever the drug regulators recommend. We don't know if Prana at this point will continue the effort, time and cost with the FDA to "get around this clinical hold". They say that they will meet with Britain and Sweden but no comment otherwise.

No use comparing OMER's results with Prana. The FDA regulates many thousands of new drugs and reviews each on its own merits and other variables. Just think about SRPT; no-one else is getting a free ride just because they lucked out and that story isn't over yet.
