PBT2 we now know works to control homeostasis of metals in the synapse and helps untangle filaments that are related to neurodegneration and possible prion mediated disease, we have abetter idea how it works than the two drugs above.

Personally I'd rather be at the front rather than behind when it comes to drug development, thats what Elsevier thinks as well
