Where do I start?.. What's required and justifiable with this bunch of opportunistic p##ks imo is shareholders request for a special meeting with the intent of a vote on replacing the board followed by management. It's quite obvious they have no interest in shareholder wealth nor feel accountable to the owners of the business arrogantly doing as they please. As for operations, get on with it already!
