What really interests me here is how management/directors have profited.

YouTube videos and texts give us terrabytes of information about trading.We are not short of information relating to indicators, strategies etc.

But we are short of information that describes how individuals can control a publically-listed entity to keep funds moving in directions that enrich them greatly. Management here are intelligent but cunning.

@StockObserver, a regular contributor here, gives clues about how that happens. Unfortunately I cannot understand it in a comprehensive manner.
