Most probably don’t doubt this. However, the company wrote a letter to the govt, that letter resulted in a change, that letter got reported publicallty, and the market seemed to react to it. Clearly the world is a smaller place in terms of information than many think. Whether the company sees it as market sensitive or not, people are out there looking for whatever information they can find. So maybe the solution is to assume anything you say anywhere will become public to some extent and simply report everything whether you thinks it’s sensitive or not because otherwise people will read sensitivity into anything they think is trying to be hidden (whether it is or not).
