So can a news paper report on the 16th, an internal letter from the 5th, that includes "we might need to reignite", when the company provides an update on the 15th saying they never re-ignited, don't need to, and have had 35 days of continual gas flow and are now going to accelerate?
I'm all for scaremongering when I don't own the shares, but how is this not materially false and impacting the share price? Any lawyers out there
