Encouraging announcement. I particularly like the decision (finally) to evaluate solution upgrading and acid recover. I suspect they will use a combination of ultra- and nano-filtration. The volumes to be processed will be huge, i.e., high CAPEX, but OPEX could be improved materially to outweigh additional CAPEX. To use UF/NF successfully, they will have to resolve this "fine solids" problem.
Timing is painful, but that's ISR testing for you.
