Clear as mud 'NO' NFWG added an extra $150M linear budget payment that is sequential inline with the $150M for building the uranium reserve I.e. (Storage, transportation, security of control). Please DYOR, I've done mine not my job to keep providing links, or facts, the information out there in the domain. All I will add is that the possibility of a US uranium reserve prevailing is greater than defaulting due to US National Security of Homeland uranium mined within the USA.
Well I am fully positioned with PEN, fantastic buying opportunities of recently.
