Where do you get these number from ???
The 2022 Annual Report says there are 52,710,000 shares issued.
The Auditors gave a fair value price of the 5,500,000 options at 4 cents.
That would make the current MC $11.9 million for the shares and $220,000 for the options, for a total of $12.1 million.
The undiluted value is meaningless unless you're motivated to negatively spin the MC.
Where do you get these number from ???The 2022 Annual Report...
