simpler horizontal pits should not equate to an approx 86% increase in capital costs.
I really think these figures should be checked.
At what rate are the project cash flows reinvested? Surely this would make a huge difference to the IRR values reported here? As would say a mine life of 4 years as opposed to 8 plus years. Both would I imagine
make a massive difference to the IRR figures.
Which begs the question of why have they deviated
so much from not only the original PFS but also the
original DFS which were all independently reviewed.
