It basically says the NPV is very sensitive to Cu movement in and around the $4.00 price used.
Specifically -
Add a $B to NPV for a 15% (60c) increase in price.
OR alternatively
Drop a $B from NPV for every 15% (60c) decrease in price.
Quite volatile. Anyone financing this operation will see that as a challenge.
