There's gaping holes in the RWD numbers. The RWD flows cannot be seen as conservative. The risk is that if their trenches do not flow as expected they have nowhere left to go to get the additional required brine.
AMN on the other hand have used flows which are 1/4 of the RWD flows, but also have additional lake area for further trenching IF required.
