The market has determined that the MC of VRC (incl PFS) is roughly $58M @ 6.0c
and an MC of $66M prior to the PFS trading halt.
Your neighbour MNS had an MC of roughly $62.5M @ 21.5c post their PFS announcement.
and an MC of $55M prior to the PFS trading halt.
As you can see they are fairly similar so it appears a VRC share price of around 6c is to be expected.
