Far from it.
IMO It says it can justify going to a DFS based upon a myriad of assumptions and that in the meantime we'll do a tonne of work to try and improve the resource so it hopefully passes the next stage.
That's what I think.
Surely you don't read this and interpret it as being a viable mine?
