this is a valuation based on 50% of the total tenements that havnt even drilled/factored into the equation.
which could potentially make the mine life 40 years.
the reason being (IMO) is purely to make it enticing for a takeover.
this is much bigger than what people are seeing.
already major interests from companies/countries that already know about the mine. We needed this PFS to pave the way for any joint venture then to follow a takeover.
I don't think CAY want to go down the road of producing the mine. they might offload this before that happens.
