Jazz,
Maybe your the one needing a break.
For starters NPV is taken over the Kolosori JORC of 5 years, the other 13 years is taken from old archival data of 1.1% Ni at seam size of 5.5m at San Jorge. Huge upsides if the assay's return similar grades and seam thickness to Kolosori. Looking back, Kolosori once defined, has shown twice the in ground value from the archival data.
Grades pricing WMT for 1.6% blended is double that of 1.1%.
Project this upside over 13 years and add to this more definition at Kolosori.
Also your "bullish numbers"; you will find aren't so bullish with the conservative tonnage sale price used. Accredited Mining Auditors (IMC) crunched these numbers in the PFS presenting a clear transparent, economical, sustainable mining operations and production plan not some half baked accountant as you seem to imply.
My NPV value around US$300ml once SJ is JORCed @ similar grades and tonnages to Kolosori for 18yr LOM........and that's conservative in LOM as well!!.
Please, do correct DYOR.....all IMHO
Have a good W/E all.
cheers
