Seriously what is going on here!!!!!!, that is the point I am making, the government doesn't build these infrastructure, they are done by other companies using their own money or loan/debt and what do you think, they are just going to let AVQ use the process and refinery infrastructure for free!!!!!
AVQ will only be a DSO operation company, but yes, they can do a JV with the SI government (highly unlikely) to build the infrastructure costing at least 1B USD, yes, they can be a TO for these big company, yes, they can also find gold in their other drilling, but like you said only 10% has been explored so there is potentially plenty of laterite nickel ore still undiscovered.
