Yes they lied in their EIS to the SI gov , WHEN THEY INDICATED THEY would build a Nickel processing plant in the SI they had no intentions of ever doing this , as they did not want to pay the labour costs.
their operating costs are impressive because they have little or no regard for the Environment they under pay their workers by 35% of the average daily wage....one of the many reasons Regina Lopez wants them gone .
