It essentially has the following aspects. IMVHO
Finish the battery testing, Rough out a design of how to do what they did on lab scale with commercial equipment. Put some prices around it.
They will already have some idea of the process with commercial equipment or they wouldn't have tried it. Anyway it's a secret.

They don't just get lots of fine graphite and tumble it round in a mill with hot HPA.
Other wise the FYI & A4H technical geniuses would say me too! Actually, I'll give you guys that idea for free.
