A lot of people just don't understand that the PFS is the base upon which the numbers are worked to produce the BFS.
In other words, they don't know what a PFS is.
The trick to re-jigging the current numbers on the PFS will be in part, and along with a whole lot of other stuff, grade controls.
As for Kaptitan Zeban Zents, good luck to him at the bus stop.
