you’re still acting like anything that ranks above equity is inherently bad and that the most attractive way to raise capital is a cap raising.
equity is the most expensive form of capital and HVY already has commitments to provide for debt financing at below market rates so instead of just regurgitating vanilla textbook theory and trying to cherry pick random numbers from an unrelated company to try and make your ill formed argument why don’t you come back when you’ve done some research?
I’m not opposed to a negative opinion of HVY at all. There are others on this forum who have raised legitimate and well informed concerns that may or may not turn out to be valid in the long run and those kinds of well thought out critiques are welcomed.
