Your point re dividends is spot on. Imagine if when in production we had 100M soi. Every 1M shares receives 1% dividend. Even if 50% of the $40M p/a of projected sales is returned to investors that's:- 0.01 x $20M = $200k. A lot of if's and buts but I don't see this as unrealistic.
