Speculation over patents, MINs intentions, Mac equities motives is only that speculation, but damaging to the investors psyche and therefore share price.
At this point the share has been heavily sold on the fears, I have certainly felt that fear, but ask what are the facts.
HZR would gain considerable traction if the speculation was formally addressed.

In the last 7 months a quick add shows the share sale t/o at 56 million odd. 8million a month
about 16-18% of shares on issue..Heavy ??
There really isn't anything that management can address other than doing what they they have shown
in these latest communiques. The interview discloses more than the info given.
