I don't mind the delay, but one thing it does show is that this is not a tight ship. To drop from 60 to 54 on abnormally high volume, then to announce this days later shows people in the know dumped. Happens in lots of companies, but is good to know as an indicator of good or bad news coming.
All IMO of course.
