The market knew of the delay well before we did.

Leaks like a siv in the above case, is actually an understatement.
I am thinking, given yesterday's volume, that the siv is starting to leak once again, but thankfully, hopefully, this time timely good news may bring us better fortune.
100% agree that if Hazer drop the ball and miss the delayed comissioning date and the "early July" date blows out again, the share price will again be smashed and rightfully so.
Novel technology etc. am well aware of that and the associated risks...but am hoping they begin to work by the "under promise and over deliver" motto, rather than the other way around.
