IMO, I had a good look at the prospectus as was keen to get invloved in buying local ag assets, however saw that there was substantial funds raised to be used in ongoing cost of operation and little left over so steered away. I may have had this assessment wrong however that's how I read it. I certainly don't wish any holders harm.
